Dr Murlidhar Nambiar
Murli Nambiar has over three decades of experience in varied sectors. He is an Army veteran and held several assignments during his over two decades of career in the Indian Army and thereafter as Head HR, COO and Board member of leading global organisations. In 2005, he was selected to lead the Indian National Cadet Corps (NCC) delegation for the International Cadet Exchange Program (ICEP) at Singapore. He has trained over 5000 students of various universities and schools in personality development, making career choices, leadership skills and profile building. These include students from the NCC Units of the prominent institutions of Bangalore I.e. Christ (Deemed to be University), Jain (Deemed to be University), CMR University, Garden City University, Bishop Cottons Boys school, Baldwins Boys High School, Cathedral High School and Venkat International School besides other educational institutions in Karnataka and Chhattisgarh. He has the distinction of sending maximum students from his unit to represent India in the youth exchange programs at UK, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
A professional in career and coaching domain with rich experience as Head HR of large organisations, and deep understanding of education system in K12, Higher Education and International Education sector with his varied exposure in global education groups like Pearson and Manipal Global Education. Dr Murli is passionate about career coaching, counselling, career pathing and talent management. He has deep interest in career and education domain coupled with experience of mentoring young professionals and students as an International Certified Career Coach (ICCC) , Certified Career Analyst (CCA), Certified on Leadership Circle Profile and Certified Assessment Centre Analyst.
Dr Murli is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and life member of NHRD, NIPM and ISTD. He has done his PhD in Management in the area of Institutional Excellence in Higher Education.
